Position Title:

Press Technicians

Wage: $20.00 - $22.00/Hour

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift

Hours:

05:00 AM - 03:00 PM, 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM

• Operating presses and following checklists, procedures, and guidelines to production flow to meet customer specifications
• Inspect brass casings for cosmetic and functional defects using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers) for quality monitoring
• Utilizing PLEX production software effectively
• Performing mechanical adjustments, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Adhering to all safety requirements, including cleaning the work area, lockout/tagout, and wearing required PPE

• Previous experience working in manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work with large press machinery
• Prior forklift experience is a plus
• Intellectual curiosity, passion for machinery, positive attitude, self-discipline, and commitment to the company's mission
• Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of quality and accuracy
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to lift, twist, pull, and bend as required
• Must successfully pass background checks and pre-employment screening
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical, mathematical, reading comprehension, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrate safe work practices
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment, and strong communication skills
