Group Coordinator/Lead Trainer (Plant)
The core responsibilities of this role include
Order Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer - to include cross-trained skills across multiple departments.
Position
:
Group Coordinator/Lead Trainer (Plant)
- AM Shift: (Plant) 6am–;6:30pm, Day shift rotates on a 3-2-2 schedule
- PM Shift: (Plant) 6am–;6:30pm, Day shift rotates on a 3-2-2 schedule
Starting Pay
: $25.25 per hour.
PM Shift differential of $2.00/HR Monday - Thursday nights, $3.00/HR Friday –;
Sunday nights.
AM Shift Weekend differential of $1.00/HR for Saturday and Sunday shifts worked.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
- Order Fulfillment as an order picker - to include cross-trained skills across multiple departments and equipment types
- Ability to cross train skills across multiple functions with an emphasis on safety and quality

Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
Key Accountabilities- Support and lead the trainers at the site.
- Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
- Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
- Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
- Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
- Support operations as needed by leadership.
Education and Experience
- 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
