✅ This position requires working all rotating shifts:
1st
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
What You’ll Do
As a Production Helper, you’ll support daily operations throughout the plant and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing general production tasks and supporting machine operations
- Conducting quality checks to ensure product accuracy
- Assisting with machine changeovers and production setups
- Operating conveyor systems and handling materials
- Moving raw materials and finished products safely within the facility
- Working in areas such as Corrugator, Printing, Finishing, and Shipping as needed
- Following all safety procedures and contributing to a team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For

- Strong attendance and dependability
- Commitment to working safely and following procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
Pay & Benefits
- $27.17/hour starting pay (Day One)
