CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:As our Production Associate, you'll be cross‑trained in multiple areas, building the kind of technical skill set that sticks with you for life:
Wire Harness Preparation & Assembly- Select wires by gauge, color, type, marking, and length
- Route, tape, measure, and cut wires using schematics and harness drawings
- Crimp terminals by hand and machine
- Conduct continuity tests using Cirris testers or multimeters
- Perform visual, dimensional, and force inspections
- Ensure every harness meets strict quality standards
You'll use fine motor skills, stand for long periods, and rely on close‑range vision while using small tools, tape measures, calibration tools, and PPE (glasses, gloves, ear plugs, etc.).
YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESEQUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years of age
- Physical ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to balance competing priorities, work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines, and commit to high‑quality, error‑free work
- Ability to use various equipment for production and assembly
- Ability to use and read a tape measure (length, width, thickness, diameter, or depth of an object)
- Proficiency with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in the English language
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Willingness to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and standard practices
