Welder - Direct Hire
$18.00 - $35.00 - Depending on Experience
We are looking for a Welder to join a leading manufacturing team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels for industrial applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Willing to Train if you have Basic Welding Skills and some experience!

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $38,000 - $73,000

Shift: Monday - Thursday; 5:00 am - 3:30 pm and Fridays only if needed

What's the Job?
  • Perform high-quality welding and fabrication tasks on stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels within an indoor shop environment.
  • Handle layout, assembly, and construction of various projects, including small vessels, piping, and large-scale heat exchangers.
  • Utilize a variety of welding processes such as TIG, MIG, and Flux Core, with openness to learning additional techniques like Sub Arc, RMD, Short circuit, Spray, and Pulse spray.
  • Adhere to strict safety standards and protocols, especially when working in confined spaces or at heights.
  • Interpret technical drawings and plans to accurately fabricate components, ensuring precision and quality in every project.
What's Needed?
  • Willingness to learn and apply different welding processes and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
  • Solid work ethic and effective teamwork skills.
  • Experience in pressure vessel welding, stainless steel, or high alloy materials is preferred but not required; training is available.
