The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Green Bay, WI area. This 1st shift, Monday–Friday role directs daily manufacturing operations, mentoring shift teams to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
Strong leadership and Lean expertise are required to drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. You will oversee line activities, coordinate with Quality and Maintenance to minimize downtime, and implement 5S and other Lean methods.
