KI Plastics Technician

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Plastics Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st Shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

• Operate injection molding machines, including trimming and packaging of parts.
• Assemble chairs, including packaging and labeling of product
• Inspect parts produced to ensure quality
• Pack and label knockdown product.
• Clean work area/machinery.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

• This is a 1st Shift position
• Hours are 6am-2pm Monday-Friday
• Starting rate of $20/hour
• Overtime during busy season
