Set Up & Maintenance Technician
Earn up to $40/hr based on skills and experience Night Shift | Monday – Thursday | 40 Hours/Week Training on Day Shift

Maintenance Manager Join Our Team at Wisconsin Converting, Inc. At Wisconsin Converting, Inc., we take pride in manufacturing high-quality paper bags while fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and growth. We are looking for a Maintenance & Setup Technician to play a key role in keeping our equipment running at peak performance. This is a full-time night shift position (Monday – Thursday, 40 hours per week) with paid training on day shift to ensure you're set up for success.

- Set up and change over paper converting equipment efficiently to meet production demands
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including bearings, belts, chains, and gears
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment history
- Assist with machine installations and light facility maintenance
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all production equipment
- Mechanical aptitude – if you love working with your hands, this is the job for you
- Experience in industrial maintenance (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Machining and fabrication experience (a plus, but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills for logging maintenance records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and occasionally climb ladders
- Competitive pay – up to $40/hr based on experience
- 40-hour workweek (Monday – Thursday with some flexibility in shifts)
