The Bay Family of Companies in Green Bay, WI is seeking a welder to join our fabrication team. You will weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions and work with floor supervisors, quality control, and the shop supervisor to ensure welds meet job specifications.
Responsibilities include inspecting pieces for defects, using safe methods to operate saws, shears, rollers, and other equipment, and welding with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel.
