4:0° PM – 4:00 AM Monday through Thursday
Starting at $20/hr based on experience
Earn +$2/hour shift differential
Looking for a hands-on role where you can see the results of your work every day? As aPrint Set Up Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No two days are the same—you’ll be working with color, equipment, and a team that keeps production moving.
What You’ll Do- Set up and mount printing plates for production runs
- Mix and adjust inks to match colors accurately
- Perform quality checks to meet customer standards
- Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
- Follow safety procedures when working with equipment and materials
- Keep a clean work space, assistant production in maintaining cleanliness of machines and work area
- Work with your team to hit daily production goals
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail (especially with color and quality)
- Team player with a good work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus—but we will train the right person!
- Experience with print or color matching (X-Rite) is a bonus
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable bending, reaching, and working with your hands
- Good vision, including color recognition
You’ll be working in a production facility around machinery, inks, and moving equipment. It can be loud at times, and PPE is required—but you’ll be part of a team that values safety and gets the job done.
