Day Shift Print Technician Job Green Bay area,Wisconsin USA,Manufacturing / Production

Hours:

4:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday

Starting at $20/hr based on experience

Looking for a hands-on role where you can see the results of your work every day? As aPrint Set Up Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No two days are the same—you’ll be working with color, equipment, and a team that keeps production moving.

What You’ll Do

Set up and mount printing plates for production runs
Mix and adjust inks to match colors accurately
Perform quality checks to meet customer standards
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
Follow safety procedures when working with equipment and materials
Keep a clean work space, assistant production in maintaining cleanliness of machines and work area
Work with your team to hit daily production goals
Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail (especially with color and quality)
Team player with a good work ethic
Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
Problem-solving mindset

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus—but we will train the right person!
Experience with print or color matching (X-Rite) is a bonus

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
Lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable bending, reaching, and working with your hands
Good vision, including color recognition

Work Environment
You’ll be working in a production facility around machinery, inks, and moving equipment. It can be loud at times, and PPE is required—but you’ll be part of a team that values safety and gets the job done.
