Flexo Press Operator - 3rd Shift

Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Starting at $27+/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy learning, and want to grow their careers. As a Flexographic Press Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality labels and packaging used by well‑known brands.

• Initial training will take place on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift.

• Set up and operate flexographic presses (10‑color 13” waterbase and/or 8‑color 17” full UV)
• Ensure high‑quality production while maintaining safety and minimizing waste
• Operate and maintain equipment such as narrow‑web and water‑based flexo presses
• Collaborate with team members to keep presses stocked and running efficiently
• Support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and ISO quality systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation efforts

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)

• Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude
• Preferred:
  • 2+ years of printing experience (flexographic preferred; wide web or offset considered)
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
