Production Leader - Metal Fabrication, Tube Bending

TBC Metalworks, a growing contract tube bending, tube rolling and welding provider, is looking for someone who can own production for TBC Metalworks. This person will lead and drive all aspects of manufacturing. They will work closely with the owner and office manager to develop strategic plans, then execute. In addition, they will be charged with making the company the best place to work in the region while implementing systems to continuously improve processes and efficiency.

TBC is a small business with eight production employees, so the ideal person cannot be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get dirty sometimes.

This person needs to be internally motivated and have a passion for managing people and continuously improving themselves and the company. There will be no one telling you what to do, rather you will be responsible for telling the owner what needs to be done to achieve company goals.

We have not determined the exact title for this person yet, as it will depend on the exact type of person we end up hiring.

• - Develop overall business plans with owner
