Production Operator Job Description
As a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our production process.
Responsibilities- Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
- Assemble components using hand tools and ensure each assembled piece meets quality standards.
- Maintain productivity metrics by assembling a specified number of pieces.
- Handle lightweight materials, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.
- Work in a light industrial/general assembly environment, involving manual tasks such as fitting hoses together.
- Experience in assembly and production work.
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively.
- Basic skills in packaging and general labor tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Capability to complete paperwork and follow onboarding processes efficiently.
- Basic mechanical skills, such as changing a tire, are advantageous.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
