Evening Flexographic Press Operator - Lean & Innovation

Need skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join the Press Operations team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Set up and operate a flexographic press (Nilpeter or similar), ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and waste reduction standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure materials are prepared and available for efficient production
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality system standards
• Contribute to innovation efforts by helping develop new products and processes

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across diverse groups
• Customer-focused mindset with responsiveness to both internal and external needs
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2+ years of printing experience required
• Experience with cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes preferred
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems preferred
