Job Description:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Testing. Lead internal testing phase of M3 machinery at BW's plants according to testing procedures.
- Ensure that products delivered to customers meet the agreed specifications.
- Coordinating work with all stakeholders to align goals and share progress.
- Participate at MCR meeting to support the testing phase
- Generate/maintain testing plans, as well as documenting all progress for project reporting.
- Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting them into standard formats. Interpret data and identify answers.
- Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents and conducting root cause analyses to address operational or system inefficiencies.
- Systematically document improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Engineering team for validation into standards.
- Associates:
Technical Field - Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Demonstrated project completion experience and ownership
- Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Communication, organization, and time management skills

- Ability to manage and maintain product/project files
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
