Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Testing. Lead internal testing phase of M3 machinery at BW's plants according to testing procedures.
  • Ensure that products delivered to customers meet the agreed specifications.
  • Coordinating work with all stakeholders to align goals and share progress.
  • Participate at MCR meeting to support the testing phase
  • Generate/maintain testing plans, as well as documenting all progress for project reporting.
Solutions analysis
  • Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting them into standard formats. Interpret data and identify answers.
  • Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents and conducting root cause analyses to address operational or system inefficiencies.
Continuous improvement
  • Systematically document improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Engineering team for validation into standards.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Associates:
    Technical Field
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated project completion experience and ownership
  • Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Principles

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain product/project files
