BW Converting seeks a Plant Manager for our Glory Rd. site in Wisconsin to lead a 120-person operations team across manufacturing, assembly, materials, logistics and paint, charged with achieving safety, quality, performance, and financial targets.
You will develop strategic goals aligned with the organization, mentor site leaders, manage budgets and monthly forecasts, and partner with aftermarket sales and equipment teams to meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement.
