Ameri Lux Family of Companies (AFoC) is seeking a Machine Operator for our brand new Green Bay plant. The role features 12-hour shifts (Fri–Sun) with 5 AM–5 PM or 5 PM–5 AM, and a starting pay of $21–$25/hour, plus a $1,250 sign-on bonus paid in increments at 90 days, 190 days, and 1 year.
You will manage material conveying, set up and operate equipment, monitor feeds, perform maintenance, respond to alarms, and ensure product quality while meeting customer requirements and safety standards.
