US Tech Force is seeking Pallet Machine Operator to build pallets for a packaging and transportation wood products manufacturer in De Pere, WI.
Pallet Machine Operator Duties:- Operate high-powered automatic nailing machine and saw cutting machine
- Inspect and evaluate quality of lumber ensuring it meets spec requirements
- Pull damaged or faulty pallets off the production line.
- Repair rejected pallet by using a nail gun to repair or reassemble pallet.
- Regularly check equipment for faults or damages.
- Restock nails
- Complete proper tagging of finished pallets and related production reports
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule:
1st shift 5:00am-3pm (Mon-Thursday) 5:00am-10am (Friday)
OR
2nd Shift 3:00pm-1:00am (Monday-Thursday)
Wage: $17 -$19 plus Production Bonus (average pay of $18-20$+)
