An industry leading manufacturing company seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement efforts. This role works closely with engineering and operations teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and manufacturability.
Key Highlights
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Support tooling, new product launches, and production optimization.
- Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Troubleshoot quality and manufacturing issues using root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
Requirements
- Engineering degree and manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of machining, CNC, welding, casting/molding, and related manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ERP systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving skills who enjoys improving processes, reducing waste, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.
