Complete Staff is seeking a 1st shift Production Manager to lead a fast-paced, non-union manufacturing environment. You will supervise hourly operators in a high mix, medium volume setting and drive both short- and long-term production objectives.
The role emphasizes on-the-floor leadership, performance reviews, wage discussions, and discipline when needed. You will report to the General Manager and use metrics and regular progress reports to keep the operation aligned with goals.
