Crew Member​/Laborer

Overnight Shift: 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days & off 3 days) every two weeks you will be schedule to work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the other.

$2.00 Shift Pay offered on your wage if you work overnights.

Hours: 6:30pm - 6:30am

Works among the machines and equipment of the production line and performs the various tasks needed in the manufacturing of the products to help ensure that production schedules are met. Works as a productive member of a manufacturing team.

• Place products/packaging on/off of conveyor line
• Monitor quality of the products, notifying appropriate personnel of any defects
• Looks for ways to create continuous improvement
• Counts products being packaged and placing correct number into boxes
• Prepares product for shipping as needed
• Maintains production standards
• Assists and follows directions given from Line Leads with setup and cleanup of production processes
• Supports machine operator with machine maintenance if requested/required
• Interacts with and supports other members of the manufacturing team.

• High School diploma or GED

• Understand and complies with all lockout/tagout procedures
• Works in a safe and ethical manner at all times
• Utilizes time effectively during down time periods
• Must possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn and have good attendance
