We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Press Operations team as an Domino Digital Press Operator supporting our Green Bay facility. Every day we bring our customers' labels and packaging to life, creating a customer experience that is second to none, and enabling them to stand out over the competition. Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!

Shift Available: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am (training on 1st)

Compensation is based on the skills and experiences brought to Smyth

Key Responsibilities for Digital Press Operator include:
  • Provide color management support on every project
  • Work collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers
  • Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management
  • Have the opportunity to learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers
The idea candidate must demonstrate:
  • Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects
  • Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities
  • Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customers
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all Smyth team members
Skills&Experience
  • Required: High school education
  • Preferred: Certified Operator
  • Preferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks
  • A Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
