We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to interpret and work from detailed blueprints. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately fabricate and weld components
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Fabricate metal structures, parts, and assemblies according to project requirements
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality specifications, and deadlines
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
• Maintain and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize fabrication processes

• Proven experience as a welder and fabricator, with a strong understanding of welding techniques
