What You'll Do

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating a Nilpeter flexographic printing press while ensuring the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing equipment to meet quality and production standards
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
• Manage materials and reduce product waste
• Work closely with team members to maintain efficient production flow
• Support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• 2+ years of printing experience
• Experience with cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems
