Rewind Operator (3rd Shift)

Green Bay, WI

Smyth-Green Bay is looking for a detail-oriented Rewind Operator to join our Print Finishing team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality product labels seen on store shelves every day while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment
• Inspect finished labels to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production specifications and work priorities
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform basic math and read a ruler
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Flexographic printing experience preferred
• Lean manufacturing experience a plus
