Machine Operator

Green Bay, WI

2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm
Starting Pay: $20.65 per hour ($19.00/hour + $1.65/hour shift premium upon transfer)

3rd Shift - Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm-6:00am
Starting Pay: $20.65 per hour ($19.00/hour + $1.65/hour shift premium upon transfer)

The Machine Operator is responsible for efficiently producing a quality product according to customer specifications. This role supports continuous improvement efforts related to workmanship standards, operating procedures, and safety initiatives.

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Perform minor machine adjustments and minor equipment repairs
• Pack finished product and ensure proper quantities
• Inspect bags/pouches for defects and non-conformances
• Measure product to customer specifications
• Work closely with the Quality team regarding non-conformances
• Troubleshoot machine or process concerns and communicate resolutions
• Accurately complete and document required paperwork
• Communicate important information to the next shift
• Participate in addressing operational challenges and improvements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company quality, operational, HR, safety, and housekeeping policies

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
