LocationGreen Bay, WI
Wage$18.00–$19.50/hr to start (Earn up to $23/hr with training and promotions)
Shifts1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available (8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri).
Over TimeMandatory overtime and weekend work is required during peak seasons.
What You’ll Be Doing- Packaging finished product
- Assembling and labeling boxes
- Inspecting product for size, weight, and appearance
- Stacking trays or cases and moving pallets
- Cleaning your work area and following food safety procedures
- Strong attendance and a team-focused mindset
- Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours
- Repetitive bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, and fast-paced work
- Comfortable working in cooler or warmer environments
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production setting
- No piercings, jewelry, watches, false nails, or nail polish allowed on the production floor
- No shorts, capris, dresses, skirts, or pants with holes
- Hairnets and uniforms are required (provided by the company)
- Double-time pay and shift differentials
