Bay Care Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Communications Manager to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This role has flexible 8-hour shifts between our core hours, Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!
The Clinic:
Bay Care Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora Bay Care Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Job:
- Develops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing services.
- Expands and develops marketing platforms.
- Creates and presents marketing ideas, strategies, and implementation plans.
- Develops strategy, design, creation and production of all marketing, advertising and communication materials.
- Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of Bay Care Clinic and adjusts plans accordingly.
- Manages and coordinates all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and staff.
- Trains, manages, and directs the activity of Marketing Department staff.
- Works collaboratively with Public Relations, Business Development, and other internal and external partners.
- Defines objectives and works with outside vendors and internal staff to achieve marketing objectives on time and within budget.
- Utilizes experience and judgment to achieve departmental goals.
- Secures approvals for all advertising and promotional materials and reviews proofs for support materials.
- Establishes and maintains production schedules for individual marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Utilizes effective and appropriate negotiating skills to ensure the best return on investment when working with potential advertisers, media, designers etc.
