Job Summary

Are you a detail-oriented, high-energy individual with a passion for marketing and sports? We’re looking for an intern who is organized, proactive, detailed and ready to take on a variety of exciting projects with our Brand and Marketing team. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple tasks, doing something different each day and wants to make a real impact.

From supporting branding and marketing to assisting with special projects and off-field gameday responsibilities, you'll gain hands‑on experience in sports marketing and everything in between. If you're looking for a role that challenges you and helps you grow, we’d love to have you on board!

This is a paid, full-time (40 hours per week) internship including nontraditional hours and hours during the work week, training camp, gamedays, Family Night, and other special events.

Internship timeframe:
June 2026 – June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Aid in research, branding and copywriting for various platforms.
  • Proofread various marketing content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Organize radio scripts and commercials for live game broadcasts during the season.
  • Assist with coordinating, planning and executing special projects and events, including the Packers’ international work through the Global Markets Program (GMP).
  • Work as a liaison to manage graphics throughout various parts of the building.
  • Develop ideas and brainstorm for different marketing needs.
  • Manage creative projects within system software and coordinate with partner vendors.
  • Assist in efforts with internal team on projects like the corporate holiday card, pocket schedules, etc.
  • Prepare agendas and presentation decks for internal meetings, facilitate signage committee meetings/work and document minutes and action steps.
  • Independently prioritize department assignments and organize workflow under general direction to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize ordering and invoices and record appropriate budget allocations as needed.
  • Develop relationships with internal colleagues to handle routine correspondence and join the director in meetings as required.
  • Work closely with other interns and team members to support departmental goals.
  • Conduct website audits throughout various properties.
  • Work directly with the shipping department as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree (marketing or communications preferable) preferred.
  • Experience with a sports franchise, college sports department or sports environment helpful.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work within a high-profile organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal direction.
  • Ability to interact with top‑level contacts regarding highly sensitive information.
  • Ability to identify and navigate workflow issues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all peers and possess a willingness to handle routine tasks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Occasionally lift and carry 25-50 pounds.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
