St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Regional Volunteer Coordinator to lead the volunteer program across Neenah, Green Bay, Fond du Lac, and Wausau. The role requires organizing, implementing, and maintaining volunteer efforts in alignment with policy and patient care plans.
The coordinator will recruit, interview, onboard, train, and supervise volunteers, ensuring compliance with Medicare and NHPCO standards. Frequent travel (up to 60%) is required within the service area.
