Licensed Practical Nurse Plastic

Prevea Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Plastic Surgery department in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This full‑time position (30 hours per week) includes pre‑visit planning, rooming, assistance with procedures, discharge instructions, and both administrative and clinical tasks directed by a medical provider.

• Room patients, perform and document vital signs and patient backgrounds.
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointments, enter orders, and prepare patient charts.
• Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure.
• Prepare patients and assist medical providers with in‑office procedures; prepare and administer medications/immunizations.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment in compliance with infection control standards.
• Ensure appropriate levels of medical supplies for each patient room.

• Current clinical experience as a licensed practical nurse.
• Knowledge of principles and skills required for patient care, medical equipment and instruments, common safety hazards and precautions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize work and meet changing demands.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and proficiency with EMR systems, computers, phone, and office equipment.

• Fast‑paced, high‑concentration, and high‑energy work environments.
• Ability to work under stressful or emergency situations.

• Valid Practical Nursing license issued by the state of WI.
• Required CPR/Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from an approved program.
