Bay Care Clinic General and Vascular Surgery is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. No Holidays! No Weekends!
The Clinic:
Bay Care Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora Bay Care Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Practice:
The General & Vascular Surgery department is a rapidly growing practice including Bariatric, Medical Weight Loss and Breast Health specialty services. Our newly renovated practice site is conveniently located within Aurora Bay Care Medical Center, proving exceptional patient care to the greater Green Bay area.

The Job:
- Participates in development and implementation of process improvements that enhance patient care and practice site efficiencies.
- Assesses patients, follows through on plan of care, evaluates care and revises care plans as directed by a physician, PA, or NP.
- Physician information requests are provided in a timely manner.
- Ensures accurate and timely information in patient charts.
- Establishes phone triage and related standards.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
- Registered Nurse designation required.
- Must hold a valid RN license to practice in the state where practice occurs.
- At least 2 years related nursing experience is preferred
