Registered Nurse - Periop; PM

The Perioperative Registered Nurse uses their knowledge and expertise to provide exemptional patient care throughout the preop, PACU, short-stay, and extended stay phases of care by working closely with the Physicians and Anesthesiologists. The Registered Nurse develops a plan of care for patients based on assessment data, uses equipment effectively, anticipates patient needs, provides appropriate and individualized care, and performs thorough patient assessments required in an outpatient setting.

• This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) 3pm-11pm

Education and Experience:

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse License.
• Must be BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certified within six (6) months of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Prior experience in an ASC or operating room environment is strongly preferred.
