Location: Central Wisconsin, WI

Specialty accepted: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Practice setting: Clinic

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in a primary care setting
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Interpret diagnostic tests and provide patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Perform preventive care, wellness assessments, and maintenance of health
• Travel or conduct phlebotomy at certain sites as required
• Document encounters using EMR

• Master’s degree from an NP/PA program accredited by a recognized college/university
• Minimum 3 years of primary care experience
• Active and unrestricted licensure as an NP or PA
• CPR (BLS) certification
• National Board Certification
• Registered with NPI and DEA
• Excellent assessment and communication skills, ability to work with diverse populations
• Experience with pediatric patients (preferred)
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently, submit EMR documentation, and rise/walk during shifts
