Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Care - in Berlin, WI

About the Position

Registered Nurse (RN) needed for Long‑Term Care at Theda Care Juliette Manor, Berlin, WI. 5‑day shift schedule, 15‑hour days, 8‑week contract, starting ASAP. Pay $2,057 per week.

• Provide nursing care to long‑term and rehabilitation patients.
• Manage wound care following MD orders.
• Perform PIV insertion and blood draws.
• Chart patient information using Epic preferred and Pyxis preferred.
• Float to Peabody Manor (40 miles) to cover staffing needs.
• Make up any missed shifts within 2 weeks of absence.

• Registered Nurse in Wisconsin with valid WI RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in long‑term or post‑acute care.
• Experience with wound care, PIV, and blood draws.
• Preferred experience:
  
  Epic charting, Pyxis.
• Excellent communication and patient ratio management (1:17‑20).

• Contract duration: 8 weeks.
• Guaranteed hours per week: 36 hours with set schedule.
• Orientation: 5 days total (1 day onboarding & 4 shifts preceptor).
• Weekend rotation every other week; holiday rotation as needed.
• Float ability to Peabody Manor; no on‑call requirements.
