Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, professional nursing care within a multi-specialty clinic setting. The RN supports patients across the continuum of their clinic experience by performing assessments, coordinating care, addressing clinical needs in person and through patient communication channels, and ensuring safe, high‑quality care delivery. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic team members to promote positive patient outcomes, efficient workflows, and an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities- Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across a variety of clinical situations, in‑person or via communication channels.
- Identify patient needs, evaluate symptoms, support care decisions in partnership with providers, and elevate concerns that require urgent attention.
- Provide comprehensive nursing services including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines, assisting with procedures, performing clinical tasks and interventions, and supporting provider visits.
- Ensure patient comfort, maintain safety, and communicate clearly to promote understanding and trust.
- Respond to patient questions, concerns, and symptom changes through phone calls, electronic messages, and direct interactions; offer patient education, self‑care guidance, and next steps according to practice standards.
- Assist with care coordination by supporting care plans, communicating results, arranging referrals, and coordinating follow‑up appointments and timely interventions to support continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate high‑quality clinical documentation, capturing assessments and interventions.
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure and experience in a multi‑specialty clinic setting.
LocationAllouez, Wisconsin, United States. Position is 30 hours per week with occasional outreach travel.
