Bay Care Clinic Urological Surgeons is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Green Bay. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. No Holidays! No Weekends!

• Performs patient treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Collects and documents patient information in a thorough and consistent manner.
• Under the direction of a professional nurse, participates in executing the plan of care as established by the nurse, doctor, or physician assistant.
• Provides appropriate teaching materials, and assists in providing accurate answers to questions, all in support of patient and family.
• Assists in the performance of any physician ordered pre‑operative treatment/tests as well as the pre‑operative preparation of the patient.
• Assists in the post‑operative execution of physician orders.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality.

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program or Vocational Nursing program.
• Must hold a valid LPN license to practice in the state where practice occurs.
• 6 months – 1 year related experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate.
• License: LPN
