Position: Registered Nurse (RN)- Nursing Supervisor, ICU

    What You’ll Do:

    As a Nursing Supervisor in the ICU, you will provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. You will coordinate daily unit operations, staffing, and resource allocation to support patient flow and clinical excellence.

    You will provide work direction to nursing and support staff, ensuring appropriate assignments and smooth coordination of care delivery while promoting a positive, team-focused environment.

    You will foster strong communication across patients, families, physicians, and departments—serving as a liaison and problem-solver to support collaboration and timely resolution of care needs.

    You will promote a culture of safety and quality by supporting adherence to organizational policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements, while continuously evaluating patient care outcomes.

    You will serve as a clinical resource for staff, offering guidance, coaching, and real-time support in complex or high-acuity situations.

    You will contribute to process improvement initiatives in collaboration with leadership, helping to enhance workflows, patient experience, and overall unit performance.

    You will support staff development through orientation, education, and ongoing coaching—providing input on performance, engagement, and professional growth.

    You will assist with staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning, ensuring appropriate coverage and productivity.

    You will participate in budget planning, equipment and supply management, and vendor collaboration to support a safe and efficient care environment.

    You will uphold ethical standards, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and support a culture of accountability and professionalism across the team.
