Full-time, Telemetry unit on 3rd floor, 16‑bed Med‑Surg Cardiac Unit

Salary Range: $76,000 – $115,000 (full time) / $38.20 – $57.30 hourly

Hours per week: 36 (three 12‑hour shifts, 7pm–7:30am, every fourth weekend and every other holiday)

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice
• Accredited or approved nursing program graduate
• ACLS certified
• Proficient in telemetry interpretation
• Trained in cardiac drip administration and monitoring
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Complete Telemetry and ACLS within 6 months of hire

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe and therapeutic care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassionate communication, and leadership to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.

• Bedside monitors with real‑time heart rhythm visualization

Med‑Surg 3 Cardiac Unit at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center is a 16‑bed unit specialized in cardiac, telemetry, pulmonary, and bariatric surgical patients, located on the 3rd floor of the inpatient wing.
