• Competitive pay (unbenefited roles higher rate – max up to $50.60 RN and $44 LPN)

• Vent and Trach training – additional pay if certified or after becoming certified and working on Vent Trach Unit

• Shift differential for PM/NOC

• AM Shift: RN or LPN Full-Time or PRN

• PM Shift: RN or LPN – Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN

• NOC Shift: RN only – Full-Time Sunday-Thursday, LPN or RN Part-Time or PRN

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs

• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation

• Lead and guide CNA staff

• Promote resident safety and comfort

• Active RN or LPN License in Wisconsin

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for caring for the aging population
