The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work 34 hours per week and perform clinical and administrative duties to support primary care services on the East Mason shift. The role includes pre‑visit planning, standard rooming, assistance with procedures, discharge instructions, and direct support under provider direction.

• Room patients; perform and document vital signs and patient history.
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointments, enter orders and prepare patient charts.
• Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure or certification.
• Assist with in‑office procedures and administer medications/immunizations.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment to meet infection control standards.
• Ensure appropriate levels of medical supplies for each patient room.

• Current clinical experience as a licensed practical nurse.
• Knowledge of principles, skills, and equipment needed to provide patient care.
• Understanding of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster professional relationships with patients and staff.
• Strong prioritization and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Ability to work under stress or emergency situations with sustained concentration and energy.
• Effective problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency using EMR systems, computer, phone, and office equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid Practical Nursing license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
• Upon hire, CPR/Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from an approved program.
