Position: Job Posting Title Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)

Pay Range

$36.50 - $55.50 (actual pay rate based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education).

Position Overview

HSHS St Vincent’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a family‑centered care environment for our critically ill babies and their families.

  • Schedule:

    Full time, 36 hrs/wk, Nights (7p–7a) and every third weekend
  • Facility:
    St. Vincent Hospital
  • Location:

    Green Bay, WI
  • Sign On:
    Up to $20,000 with 2+ years NICU experience
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred.
  • Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on patient population worked.
  • Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
