Pay Range
$36.50 - $55.50 (actual pay rate based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education).
Position OverviewHSHS St Vincent’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a family‑centered care environment for our critically ill babies and their families.

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Core Function:
Nursing - Schedule:
Full time, 36 hrs/wk, Nights (7p–7a) and every third weekend - Facility:
St. Vincent Hospital - Location:
Green Bay, WI - Sign On:
Up to $20,000 with 2+ years NICU experience
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred.
- Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
- Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on patient population worked.
- Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
