Edenbrook of Green Bay is a 5‑Star skilled nursing facility located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, happy, and reliable Full‑time and Part‑time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Post Acute Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit. The successful candidate will provide excellent care to our patients and ensure their speedy recovery.

• $7,500 Sign on Bonus for FT
• $3,750 Sign on Bonus for PT
• We also offer an extensive Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment program of up to $5,250 a year!
• Full‑time and Part‑time LPN positions available! Every other weekend and holiday required.
• Shift Differentials: PM: $2.00/hr. & NOC: $2.50/hr.
• WE PM: $2.50 and WE NOC: $3.00

• To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer and chart and document per facility policy.

• Customer service orientated.
• A Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN, LPN Nurse, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student.
• Experienced in long‑term care preferred.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long‑term care setting.
• A natural problem solver.
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
