We are recruiting positive, happy, and reliable Registered Nurses to join our team. Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our Rehabilitation Unit. The successful candidate will provide excellent care to patients and support speedy recovery.
PositionRegistered Nurse — Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.
Reasons to work at Edenbrook- $7,500 Sign-on Bonus for full-time
- $3,750 Sign-on Bonus for part-time
- Shift Differentials: PMs & NOCs: $2.00/hr
- Weekend PM: $2.50/hr;
Weekend NOC: $2.50/hr - $5,250 yearly Tuition Reimbursement / Student Loan Repayment
- Employee referral bonuses
- Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation
- Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration
- Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor, and family
- Complete required record keeping upon residents’ admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
- Customer service-oriented
- An RN, whether a new grad, current RN, traveling nurse seeking a permanent facility with great benefits
- Experienced in long-term care preferred
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
- Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Hold a current State License as a Registered Nurse
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in a long-term care setting (preferred)
- Natural problem solver
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
