Job OverviewHSHS is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab Flex Team, providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures cent Hospital and St. Nicholas Hospital. The role is ideal for patient-focused individuals who thrive in a flexible environment and are committed to high‑quality care across multiple locations.

Nursing - Schedule:
Part time, 32 hrs/wk, Days 7:00AM–3:30PM Monday to Friday, 9–10 days on‑call monthly - Primary Facility:
St. Nicholas Hospital (Mon, Wed, Fri) and St. Vincent Hospital (Tue, Thu); daily assignments and locations may vary based on provider schedules, patient volumes, and departmental needs. On‑call remains part of the Cath Lab rotation. - Locations:
Green Bay, WI and Sheboygan, WI - Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 (requires 2 years Cath Lab experience) - Compensation:

Graduate from an accredited nursing school accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
Experience QualificationsCritical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
- Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
