Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care - Cath Lab Flex Team

Position Overview

HSHS is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab Flex Team, providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures cent Hospital and St. Nicholas Hospital. The role is ideal for patient-focused, mission‑driven individuals who thrive in a flexible environment across multiple locations.

Schedule & Hours
  • Part time, 32 hrs/wk (7am–3:30pm Monday–Friday for on‑call days)
  • On‑call rotation: 9–10 days per month
  • Facility assignments:
    Primarily St. Nicholas Hospital (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and St. Vincent Hospital (Tuesday, Thursday). Daily locations may vary based on provider schedules and patient volumes.
  • Location:

    Green Bay, WI and Sheboygan, WI.
Compensation

Pay Range: $36.50 – $55.50 per hour (actual rate based on experience, skills, certifications, and education). Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 for 2+ years Cath Lab experience.

Qualifications & Certifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school; RN license required.
  • Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required;
    Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required based on patient population.
  • Specialty certifications preferred:
    Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).
