Pay Range
$36.50-$55.50 per hour. Actual rate based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
Position OverviewRegistered Nurse (RN) position in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) cent Hospital, Green Bay, WI.
Ideal candidates are patient‑focused, mission‑driven caregivers who apply clinical knowledge in a family‑centered care environment for critically ill newborns and their families.

Full time, 36 hours per week, nights (7pm–7am) and every third weekend - Facility:
St. Vincent Hospital - Location:
Green Bay, WI - Sign‑On:
Up to $20,000 with 2+ years NICU experience
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required (Wisconsin RN may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license per the Nurse Licensure Compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required according to patient population.
- Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
The RN will deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill neonates and support their families through compassionate, family‑centered care. Responsibilities include assessment, monitoring, medication administration, procedural support, and interdisciplinary collaboration, following unit protocols and evidence‑based practice.
