Position: Trauma Program Nurse Manager (RN)

Nurse Manager (RN)

Pay Range: $50.54 - $75.81.The actual pay rate is based on relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

Responsibilities:
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ACSLevelII Trauma Program standards, overseeing trauma program operations, driving performance improvement initiatives, maintaining the trauma registry, delivering education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; a candidate currently enrolled may be considered if the BSN is obtained within two years of hire.
  • Minimum 3 years of staff RN experience; progressive responsibility preferred.
  • Licensed RN in the state of practice required;
    Wisconsin RNs may practice under a valid multi-state RN license per the Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
