Pay and Schedule
Pay Range: $36.50 - $55.50 per hour. The exact rate depends on relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
Schedule:
36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts from 7p.m. to 7a.m.
Sign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000 for ICU experience.
Position OverviewRegistered Nurse (RN) in the ICU at St Vincent’s Hospital Clinic, Green Bay, WI. Ideal candidates are patient‑focused, mission‑driven caregivers with clinical knowledge to assess and monitor critically ill patients suffering from life‑threatening illnesses or injuries.
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
- Apply clinical knowledge to deliver evidence‑based ICU care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care and clinical outcomes accurately and timely.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school and possess licensure in the state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – required based on patient population.
- Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) – preferred.
- Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
